Cake - I Will Survive« I Will Survive » is a song first performed by American singer Gloria Gaynor, released in October 1978. It was written by Freddie Perren and Dino Fekaris. A top-selling song after its initial release, it has remained a popular disco anthem, as well as being certified double platinum by the RIAA. The song’s lyrics describe the narrator’s discovery of personal strength following an initially devastating breakup, delivered with increasing confidence and backed by a stirring instrumental accompaniment. It is one of the most famous disco songs of all time and remains Gaynor’s biggest hit.

The Thrills - One Horse Town

The Thrills est un groupe de rock formé à Dublin en 2001. Ils ont sorti leur premier album, So Much for the City en 2003. Ils sortent un an plus tard leur deuxième album Let’s Bottle Bohemia, comme le précédent cet album est fortement inspiré de Neil Young et des Beach Boys. C’est en 2007 que sort leur troisième album : Teenager. Celui-ci se vend nettement moins bien que les précédents.

Il fut commercialisé en France le 18 juin 2007. Le remix de Joachim Garraud & Fred Rister est la version officielle. La seconde version du single comprend plusieurs remixes de Joachim Garraud & Fred Rister, Eddie Thoneick, Fuzzy Hair et Amo & Navas. Le sample de Love Is Gone a été reprise pour la chanson I Gotta Feeling des Black Eyed Peas (2009) et Take a Look de Julien Créance (2010).
