Jobs Prospects for Today’s Graduates

For a college graduate, career planning–as involved as it can be–is the easy part of finding the ideal job. Finding a job after graduation is becoming more challenging as the economy struggles to rebound. Current college graduates have to complete with the previous graduates, as well as displaced or furloughed employees with years of experience under their belts. For many college graduates the anxiety of finding a job out of college is coupled with the burden of  student loans and watching many of their relatives lose their job or homes as a result of the recession. Les recruteurs ont toujours du mal à mesurer la réelle performance des réseaux sociaux en matière de recrutement. Sous-estimée, surement, sous exploités, évidemment, mal utilisés, certainement. Maintenant en essayant de chercher un peu plus loin, deux choses apparaissent. Tout d’abord l’utilisation également imparfaite de ces outils par les candidats qui peinent à leur donner une vraie valeur ajoutée, ce quivau delà de l’outil pose surtout des questions en termes de formation. Ensuite la difficulté légitime pour un recruteur de rentrer dans une logique d’engagement plutôt que ciblage de masse puis sélection. Ce qui amène à poser une question : et si, dans un monde désormais désintermédiarisé, ça n’était pas le rôle du manager, le recruteur gardant la responsabilité d’un test de conformité final ? Job Disillusionment: What NOT to Expect from your Job

Where to Spend in 2013?
