At the 1st Annual HR Conference organised on Friday, June 28, in Luxembourg, a panel of 8 speakers presented interesting subjects related to HR in Luxembourg. After our presentation about Social Media & Recruitment,  Mr Pol Wirtz of PolWirtz Search presented a highly topical subject about retaining employees in a crisis. He reminded Luxembourg companies that “Your people are your human resource and should be treated as such”, adding at the end of his presentation that  “Having engaged employees at all levels allows companies to outclass their competitors by up to 147% in terms of earning per share and to achieve growth of up to 90% greater than nearest rival.”
